Job summary

GHX is seeking a Managed Services Analyst II to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, supporting GHX products and services. You will analyze dashboards, handle inquiries by phone and email, and help improve account health and experience.

This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work 8am-5pm ET, with remote flexibility and up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and ability to communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong integrity given sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational point of contact between customers and internal service delivery teams.
• Analyze dashboards on account health, service utilization, and metrics to provide insights.
• Provide phone and email support, resolve questions, and educate customers on processes.
• Document all work and customer interactions; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to team reference materials and mentor junior staff.
• Support adoption of GHX best practices through daily interactions.
