GHX is seeking a Delivery Manager I to strengthen customer relationships, drive adoption of managed services, and oversee implementations from kickoff to completion. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, conduct trainings, and support customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.

The role requires strong time management, integrity, and attention to detail, with travel up to ~20% and an 8am–5pm ET schedule. GHX emphasizes service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year relatable healthcare experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in project management, customer success, training and/or customer service.
• Experience leading a team resource in a collaborative environment.

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships within assigned account base.
• Lead implementation of managed services solutions for new customers.
