Job summary

GHX is seeking a Delivery Manager II in Tampa, FL to drive excellent customer service and deepen adoption of GHX Managed Services. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and safeguard high customer retention and satisfaction.

The role demands strong communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, and leadership, with disciplined time management and a focus on continuous process improvement to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of relatable healthcare experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with project management, customer success, training and/or customer service.
• Experience leading a team as a lead resource.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to increase utilization of Provider Managed Services products.
• Provide support via phone, email, and on-site to customers and GHX coworkers for escalations and product issues.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement resolutions if metrics are below target; escalate when needed.
• Proactively develop campaigns to re-engage customers and boost KPIs.
• Lead implementation of managed services solutions for new customers with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Create and use presentation materials for onsite or WebEx meetings with customers.
• Mentor team members and refine processes and resource materials for improvement.
• Coordinate with Solutions Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success to oversee all implementation phases.
• Diagnose problems, gather data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.
• Identify development opportunities for system enhancements.
• Travel may be required (approximately 20%).
