Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Lead Project Manager with remote flexibility to oversee nationwide facilities maintenance projects and work orders.

You will coordinate vendors, internal teams, CSR staff, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong vendor management and client relations experience, proficiency with CRM and PM software, and outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities maintenance projects and work orders.
• Strong vendor management and client relations skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• PMP certification or comparable training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nationwide vendors and internal teams on projects.
• Develop project plans and manage timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables.
• Oversee service scheduling and invoicing workflows.
• Maintain client and vendor communications; escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare proposals and ensure accurate documentation.
