WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech innovator, is seeking a Delivery Manager to turn product and business priorities into reliable, high‑quality delivery. You will own the delivery strategy across initiatives, lead engineers, PMs, QA, and security, and translate strategic goals into executable plans with clear milestones.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement of the SDLC, risk management, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery/program/project roles in FinTech or tech.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional tech products.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution plans and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery strategy across key initiatives and ensure timely outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, PMs, QA, and security.
• Translate strategic goals into executable plans with milestones.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and project timelines.
• Improve SDLC efficiency, quality, and post-delivery optimization.
• Ensure client satisfaction across cost, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Escalation point for roadmaps, releases, delivery issues, and budgets.
• Oversee business analysis and design functions with measurable effectiveness.
• Drive cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery across requirements.
