Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking a Project Manager to own day-to-day coordination and delivery for a fintech project. You will collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, designers, and business stakeholders to keep the plan on track, manage risks, and ensure effective communication across the team.

You will work within Agile/Scrum processes, coordinate ceremonies, gather requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and help manage scope changes while maintaining thorough documentation and timely

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product- or technology-driven company.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cross-functional software development teams.
• Experience with requirements gathering, task clarification, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks progress as planned.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Support backlog management and prioritization with stakeholders.
