Mission Underwriting Services is hiring a Delivery Manager to coordinate and manage the successful delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives in a remote-first environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope, and high-quality outcomes.

You will lead roadmap, dependencies, risk management, and progress updates while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day delivery of products and technology initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, business, and vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track deliverables, risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and potential delays.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalate significant delivery concerns.
• Clarify requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations with teams.
• Develop and refine processes to create more efficient and repeatable project delivery.
• Monitor resource utilization and communicate variances.
• Support vendor relationships by tracking deliverables and performance expectations.
• Provide regular updates, dashboards, and KPIs to leadership.
