Zusammenfassung

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech company, is seeking a Project Manager to own day-to-day coordination and delivery of one of our projects. You will work with developers, QA, analysts, and stakeholders to keep the project on track and ensure clear communication.

The role emphasizes Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, risk and dependency handling, and timely, high-quality milestones. Flexible CET hours and fully remote collaboration are supported.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product or technology-driven company.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and milestones.
• Define and track plans, timelines, and deliverables.
