Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our remote-first team and own day-to-day coordination and delivery of one of our fintech projects. You will work with developers, QA, analysts, designers, and stakeholders to keep the project on track, define milestones, manage risks, and ensure effective communication across the team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery, leveraging Jira and Confluence for planning and tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product or technology-driven company.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering, task clarification, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team and more senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks progress as planned.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Work within Agile/Scrum processes and facilitate regular team ceremonies.
• Gather and clarify business requirements and translate into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are communicated clearly.
• Coordinate collaboration between development, QA, design, analytics, and business teams.
• Track scope, timelines, risks, and delivery progress.
