Mission Underwriters is hiring a Delivery Manager to coordinate and manage the successful delivery of projects and technology initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes with high quality.

The role requires steering department roadmaps, identifying risks, and providing clear progress updates to stakeholders across technology, operations, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• Five+ years in delivery/project management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of products, services, and tech initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across technology, operations, business, vendor, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Develop and refine processes to improve delivery efficiency and repeatability.
• Monitor resource utilization and report variances.
• Support vendor relationships and performance reviews.
• Provide regular delivery updates and dashboards to leadership.
