Job summary

SBS is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the client relationship through the full delivery lifecycle, driving cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations for Specialized Finance services. You will partner with Product to secure commitments and protect long-term trust.

You will lead multiple projects, manage risks, budgets, and timelines with real accountability, and collaborate on product-led solutions while supporting pre-sales activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering external client projects in a supplier/vendor environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to own client relationships through complex delivery and escalation scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship across the full delivery lifecycle, from engagement to go-live and steady state.
• Lead technology projects including cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Scope, plan, and deliver solutions with clients and be the first point of contact when issues occur.
• Manage risks, budget, scope, and timeline; collaborate with Product on standard, product-led solutions.
• Lead steering committees at senior client levels and support pre-sales activities as needed.
