Responsibilities

• Coach specialists on a consultative sales approach resulting in one-call closes.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, call listening, and account reviews to ensure compliance.
• Track metrics and assist on complex or sensitive client cases.
• Partner with leadership to refine payment-plan guidelines and transitions.
