Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Debt Consultant to join our Debt Resolution team. You will manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers and guide them toward enrollment with a consultative, empathetic approach.

This role supports remote work in the Dallas and Houston, TX metro market and requires excellent communication, a proven sales track record, and the ability to close opportunities in 1-2 calls while meeting ambitious monthly goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience in commission-driven roles.
• Proven success achieving goals with strong sales results.
• Ability to navigate emotional and analytical conversations.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from contact to enrollment.
• Lead consultative conversations to assess each customer's full financial picture.
• Explain debt resolution strategies and program structures clearly.
• Drive timely decisions and close opportunities, often in 1–2 calls.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales goals.
