First Community Credit Union is seeking an Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager to oversee the Dealer Indirect Program. The role partners with dealerships to secure and maintain production relationships and will be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in auto finance, with 2–4 years of related experience and an associate’s degree or equivalent. A compensation package includes a base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Two to four years in auto finance or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Dealer Indirect Program and secure production relationships with dealerships.
• Collaborate with dealers to grow loan production and maintain high service levels.
• Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with travel as needed.
