Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen dealer relationships across regions and dealer partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard indirect lending partners to expand market share.
• Monitor production trends and dealer performance metrics to drive growth.
• Provide dealer training on lending programs, approvals, and electronic contracting processes.
• Support strategic program initiatives including auto refinance partnerships and new lending initiatives.
