• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned dealer region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealer principals and finance managers.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to identify growth opportunities and provide coaching.
• Manage dealer inquiries, escalations, and service issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new indirect lending partners and expand market coverage.
• Drive loan volume growth and monitor dealer performance metrics.
• Provide training on lending programs, approvals, counter, and electronic contracting.
