Job summary

Together Credit Union is looking for an Associate Dealer Relationship Manager to support indirect lending and Dealer Channel initiatives. You will help engage with dealers, coordinate operations, and strengthen partnerships.

The role focuses on onboarding, program education, and cross-team collaboration to improve performance and dealer satisfaction in a hybrid St. Louis-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in banking, consumer loans, indirect lending, sales, and/or relevant transferable experience.
• Degree or specialized training in automotive finance, business, marketing, consumer lending or related field.
• 1+ years of relationship management experience, direct people leadership (supervisory), and/or informal leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for franchised and independent automobile dealerships and assists with ongoing relationship management activities.
• Coordinates dealer communications related to loan programs, funding, documentation requirements, operational updates, and day-to-day support needs.
• Assists with dealer onboarding activities, program education, and implementation of indirect lending processes and procedures.
• Maintains accurate dealer records, contact information, activity logs, and follow-up documentation within CRM systems.
• Partners with internal teams to resolve dealer-related issues and support operational effectiveness.
• Supports dealer visits, business reviews, training sessions, and relationship meetings to strengthen dealer engagement and communication.
• Monitors dealer portfolio performance and assists with scorecards, operational reporting, and KPIs.
• Analyzes and tracks indirect lending performance indicators and dealer production trends.
• Contributes to Dealer Channel initiatives and process improvement efforts.
