Job summary

Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to grow relationships with independent and franchise dealerships across the U.S. This remote, field-based role involves educating dealers, growing the dealer base, and ensuring program understanding for profitable loan financing.

You will travel locally, train dealers on current programs, and manage ongoing relationships while contributing to business growth in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance and sales is required.
• 1–2 years in sales with proven success preferred.
• College degree or equivalent work experience is suggested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to dealership management.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts.
• Follow-up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow dealer partners in the dealer communities.
• Communicate via phone and in-person visits to train on programs.
• Provide solutions and structure vehicle loans profitably.
• Assist with sales contracts and verification.
• Stay updated on financial product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events for dealers.
