Job summary

Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Dealer Account Manager for remote, road-based work to educate and train dealer partners in the assigned area. You will identify new sources, manage sales activities, and build strong relationships with independent and franchise dealers to drive growth.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, managing a dealer base and delivering light training on current Westlake programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance and sales is required.
• 1–2 years in a sales role with a proven track record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to dealership management.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on leads from field activity with dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partners within independent and franchise networks.
• Maintain quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
• Consult with dealers to train on current programs and funding requirements.
