Job summary

Westlake Financial Services seeks a Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners, grow sales, and finance more customers across a designated territory. This full-time field role requires visiting independent and franchise dealerships, presenting Westlake programs, and developing new sources while maintaining existing partners.

You will travel locally, build relationships, and deliver product knowledge, with a compensation plan that rewards performance and six-figure potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales is required.
• 1-2 years in a Sales role with a track record of success preferred.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to dealer management.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within assigned markets.
