RecruitMyMom seeks a part-time, fully remote coordinator to support executives and operations in a fast-paced environment focusing on mid-market opportunities. This role involves pipeline management, CRM hygiene in HubSpot, and contract coordination, with daily coverage from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

The successful candidate will provide proactive project support, maintain structured deal records, and liaise with business owners and investors while ensuring timely progression of opportunities.

Competenze

• Proven track record supporting executives, lawyers, investors, or business owners with complex workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for high-level commercial correspondence.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to data accuracy, contracts, and records.

Mansioni

• Monitor and track mid-market opportunities across evaluation stages.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and activity histories in HubSpot.
• Coordinate NDAs and standard contracts; ensure signature workflows and document version control.
• Prepare briefing materials and agendas for stakeholder meetings; track action items.
