Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Familiarity with ticketing support systems (Zendesk, Jira) and support queue management.
• Proficiency in Duetto, iHotelier, and Infor HMS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all systems, specifically in channel and segmentation data.
• Manage a ticketing support system to log, track, and prioritize incoming support requests.
• Conduct regular audits of systems like Duetto, iHotelier, Synxis, Opera, and Infor HMS.
