Job summary

Waltech is seeking a Solution Manager for Hotel Reservation Systems. The role is remote and focuses on designing customer-aligned solutions that fit our product vision.

You will liaison with R&D, Product Management, and client teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions. The ideal candidate combines a technical background with strong analytical skills and hospitality industry experience across CRS, PMS, OTAs, and RMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of software development or business analysis experience.
• Hospitality industry knowledge including CRS, PMS, OTAs, RMS.
• Roles include product/solution management, pre-sales, project management.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions aligned with product vision and customer needs.
• Lead scoping sessions and coordinate with R&D, Product Management, and client teams.
• Identify gaps and dependencies; ensure clear communication across teams.
• Manage customer relationships and set expectations while providing solution guidance.
• Support sizing, planning, and tracking; address change requests and risks.
