Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino seeks a Reservations Auditor to audit and reconcile reservations across TARS, Opera, OTA, and GDS platforms, ensuring data integrity, rate accuracy, and parity across channels.

You will investigate booking issues, review commissions and loyalty reservations, and manage GDS profiles and negotiated rates to maximize revenue opportunities. This role requires flexibility to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated; able to start and finish projects with limited supervision

• Prepared to work, days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Two years’ group, wholesale reservation experience in Room Reservations or Front Desk preferred
• One year of accounting/finance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Auditing reservations transmitted between TARS, Opera, OTA, and GDS platforms.
• Validation of booking data integrity, rates, inventory, room type mapping, and reservation accuracy.
• Monitoring rate parity and promotion parity across all distribution channels.
• Investigation and resolution of booking failures, interface errors, and transmission exceptions.
• Review and reconciliation of travel agent commissions and loyalty-related reservations.
• Management of GDS, negotiated rates, agency profiles, and RFP activity.
• Auditing deposits, billing arrangements, cancellations, and modification transactions.
• Monitoring channel performance, booking production, and revenue trends.
• Identification and resolution of orphaned or migrated reservations requiring manual intervention.
• Oversight of inventory distribution and allocation accuracy to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Manual guest check outs via VCC platforms for efficient kiosks processing.
• Review of loyalty member stay activity, rates, and posting accuracy.
• Investigation and resolution of loyalty account discrepancies and member disputes.
• Ensuring compliance with TARS, OTA, GDS, and distribution agreement requirements.
• Monitoring guest feedback, loyalty-related service issues, and customer correspondence associated with the expanded loyalty ecosystem.
