Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support via remote control, telephone, and desk-side assistance. You will manage incoming issues through our ticketing system, contribute to the knowledge base, and support projects with department managers.

You will install systems and network equipment, troubleshoot across endpoints, servers, and software, and follow IT service standards. Some after-hours work and on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years IT experience or internship.
• Strong troubleshooting of networks, systems, and software.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Self-directed with superior customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize issues by severity and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous IT support via phone, remote control, and desk-side assistance.
• Track issues in helpdesk software and communicate with managers.
• Install computer systems, peripherals, software, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot endpoints/servers, OS, software, VOIP, and networking issues.
• Adhere to IT service standards and be available for after-hours support as needed.
