Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Systems in a remote role, with occasional travel to hotel properties. You will oversee enterprise systems, BI platforms, and accounting/purchasing ecosystems across the portfolio, driving reliability, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role leads a small systems team, partners with finance and ops, and shapes the technology roadmap to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, or Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in systems administration/tech ops, preferably hospitality or real estate.
• Strong vendor management and contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise systems, BI, accounting, procurement, and expense platforms.
• Ensure system availability, data integrity, and security across all platforms.
• Lead and develop the internal systems team and manage vendor relationships.
