Oscar Health is hiring an Associate Manager for Provider Services to coach a team and drive lean operations. The role partners with other managers to improve productivity, client satisfaction, and process efficiencies, while overseeing reporting and HR tasks.

The position is remote for candidates in AZ, FL, GA, or TX, with potential travel for meetings and events. Base pay ranges from $64,832 to $85,092 per year plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 2+ years in an operations role supporting production teams.
• 1+ year experience using data to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of Provider data experience with health insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics; develops departmental metrics and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to implement change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Conducts root-cause analysis on systemic issues and constructs action plans.
• Maintains, analyzes, and communicates reporting on team KPIs; tracks monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Hires and manages a team with performance management, growth and HR tasks.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
