Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare.
• 3+ years collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on project plans.
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows with operating and technical procedures.
• Experience distilling complex problems for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge management, training, or content development in operational settings.
• 2+ years using SQL to analyze large data sets for business insights.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Structured, systematic, and critical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Leads and cross collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation, and root cause solution development.
• Utilizes data to drive business decisions to impact cross-functional strategy.
• Develops trusting relationships with internal/external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
• Supports Oscar team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development.
• Other duties as assigned.
