Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare.
• 3+ years experience developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• 3+ years experience designing and improving workflows with accompanying operating procedures and tooling.
• Experience managing complex business challenges and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and cross collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation, and root cause solution development.
• Utilizes data to drive business decisions to impact cross-functional strategy.
• Develops trusting relationships with internal/external stakeholders through effective communication.
• Supports Oscar team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development.
• Other duties as assigned.
