Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring an Associate to join our Provider Success team. This role drives end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, coordinating cross-functionally with internal partners, and building trusted relationships.

You will report to the Manager, Provider Success. This remote role is open to candidates in Dallas, Texas, with potential for hybrid work as the model evolves. Base pay ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, data analysis, or consulting in healthcare.
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex business challenges and communicating to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leads and collaborates on problem definition and root cause remediation.
• Uses data to drive cross-functional strategic decisions.
• Builds trusting relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
