Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Analyst to act as a Data Detective, owning the truth behind retention, acquisition and content performance. You will connect ads, CRM, loyalty, and creative data, building predictive models that drive long-term customer value.

You will partner with Retention, Media Buying, Amazon, and Creative teams to translate data into actionable guidance. The role emphasizes advanced analytics, data prep in dbt/Python, and reporting through Sigma dashboards to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analysis, senior IC in DTC or consumer marketing analytics.
• Experience shipping churn, LTV, or propensity models used to inform decisions.
• Fluent in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo data schemas.
• Strong SQL in Snowflake and Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build churn, LTV, and purchase propensity models.
• Analyze retention, acquisition, and content performance.
• Perform attribution analyses across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Ads.
• Develop creative analytics and dashboards in Sigma; prep data with dbt/Python.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to drive customer value.
