Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst who acts as a Data Detective for our e-commerce P&L. You will own revenue accuracy, forecast development, and financial reporting while partnering with Finance to drive forecast accuracy and business insight.

You will transform raw transaction data into trusted datasets using KNIME/dbt, SQL in Snowflake, and visualize results in Sigma for leadership and finance teams. This fully remote role offers growth and impact.

Formación

• Forecasting: build/maintain financial forecasts (revenue, orders, expenses) in SQL/spreadsheets/BI tools.
• Financial acumen: comfortable with revenue recog, COGS, margins.
• Industry: proven DTC e-commerce experience with Shopify, Amazon, Stripe data.
• Warehousing & BI: strong Snowflake and Sigma; adaptable to BI tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Spreadsheets: advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Transformation Tools: KNIME/dbt preferred; adaptable with Alteryx/Python.
• ELT familiarity: understanding ELT tools and data flow between sources.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting: build/maintain revenue, orders, subscriptions forecasts by brand/channel.
• Financial reporting: P&L by brand/channel/product; variance analysis.
• Data integrity: reconcile data across Stripe, Shopify, Amazon, bank deposits, QuickBooks.
• Data transformation: prepare data with KNIME/dbt; write SQL in Snowflake.
• Dashboarding: design/build dashboards in Sigma for Finance/leadership.
