Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst who goes beyond report-building to act as a data detective across Inventory, CS, and Brand Marketing analytics.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Brand teams to uncover truths behind operations and marketing performance. You will transform data using KNIME or dbt, write efficient SQL in Snowflake, and design dashboards in Sigma to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of data analysis experience in a hands-on role.
• Proven DTC e-commerce experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central data schemas.
• Strong proficiency with Snowflake SQL and Sigma dashboards.
• Knime or dbt (preferred); familiarity with Alteryx/Prep/Python is acceptable.
• Awareness of ELT tools and collaboration with data engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory & Supply Chain analytics: forecast depletion, plan PO timing, monitor stock levels.
• Brand Strategy & Marketing analytics: analyze promo ROI, support launches, segment audiences.
• Customer Service analytics: track CS metrics, connect data with fulfillment to identify bottlenecks.
• Data Transformation & Visualization: last-mile data prep, write SQL, build dashboards in Sigma.
