Job summary

Scale Media is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst to uncover the truth behind Inventory, CS performance, and Brand Strategy. You will partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Brand Marketing to analyze ERP, ticketing, and marketing data, driving data-informed decisions and actionable insights.

You will build dashboards in Sigma, perform forecasting, and translate business rules into usable datasets, collaborating across departments in a fully remote, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience.
• Fluent in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central data schemas.
• Strong proficiency with Snowflake SQL and Sigma dashboards.
• Experience with KNIME or dbt; familiarity with Alteryx/Prep or Python is a plus.
• Able to translate business needs into actionable analytics for Supply Chain, CS and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Supply Chain analytics and forecasting.
• Ingest, clean, and analyze data from ERP (Odoo) for stock, lead times, and fulfillment.
• Track CS performance and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Sigma for stakeholders in Brand, CS, and Inventory.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing on promotions ROI and product launches analytics.
