Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist I-Data Collection Agent to work remotely on a temporary assignment. You will join the data collection team to ensure accurate collection of device data for meter billing and auto toner replenishment.

You will install and troubleshoot data collection tools, implement client information on the new platform, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in partnership with TABS Technical Service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in IT support, networking, or technical support for printers/solutions.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and resolve data collection tool issues remotely.
• Implement client information to the new platform.
