Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Support Specialist I-Data Collection Agent for a remote, temporary role. You will implement client information on a new platform and ensure accurate collection of device data for meter billing and toner replenishment.

The role requires at least 1 year of related IT support experience, strong MS Office and internet skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues remotely. Hours are 7:30-4:30 with an hourly pay range of $22.00-$23.00.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related IT support, networking, or data collection experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet software; able to read and interpret technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and resolve data collection tool issues remotely.
• Implement client information to new platform.
• Communicate with other departments; escalate unresolved problems as needed and coordinate with Technical Service.
