You will work with the data collection team to implement client information and verify accurate device data for meter billing and auto toner replenishment, escalating issues as needed. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related IT support or data collection experience.
• Experience implementing data with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, internet software, and ability to interpret technical procedures and troubleshoot customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and remotely resolve data collection tool issues.
• Implement client information to the new platform.
• Coordinate with other departments and escalate unresolved problems with TABS Technical Service to resolve.
