Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist I-Data Collection Agent for a remote temporary assignment. You will install, troubleshoot, and resolve data collection tool issues and verify accurate collection of device data for meter billing and auto toner replenishment.

You will collaborate with the data collection team and other departments, escalate unresolved problems to TABS Technical Service, and implement client information on the new platform.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in IT support, networking, or technical support for print devices is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and follow technical procedures and troubleshoot customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and resolve data collection tool issues remotely.
• Implement client information to the new platform.
