Job summary

ABB seeks a Data Center Tender/Quotation Specialist to support nationwide data center accounts from a remote work model in the United States. You will craft field services proposals for power delivery, distribution, and automation, targeting uptime for colocation and operators with Start‑Up, PM, and emergency service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business.
• 12+ years in Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering or Field Service.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically.
• Experience with industrial power delivery and/or power distribution, ideally data centers.
• Technical experience with data center customers and processes.
• Ability to interface closely with internal & external customers.
• Prior contract terms, conditions, or execution experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations with optimal product mix and technical/commercial factors.
• Ensuring tenders are well-documented with full and accurate costs.
• Leading planning and preparation of technical, financial, and project-management aspects of bids and quotations.
• Managing documentation and recording assumptions; reporting bid status regularly.
