Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure in hyperscale data centers. This role suits technicians with data center operations, structured cabling, or IT infrastructure experience who can work independently on standard deployment tasks.

You will perform rack-and-stack activities, cabling, equipment provisioning, testing, and documentation while adhering to safety and Ericsson standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data center operations, structured cabling, or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and equipment installation with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and installation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently install and deploy servers, network devices, storage equipment, and related infrastructure per designs.
• Install, route, terminate, and dress copper and fiber cabling with proper labeling and management.
• Perform equipment provisioning, testing, and OOB management connections.
• Execute MACD activities and FRU replacements per procedures.
• Maintain installation records, test results, and as-built documentation.
