Job summary

Ericsson seeks a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure in hyperscale and enterprise data centers. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, PDU connections, testing, and documentation with safety and quality in mind.

This role suits technicians with data center, telecom, or IT infrastructure experience who can work independently and collaborate with project teams to meet customer standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and equipment installation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and installation docs.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy servers, network devices, and storage equipment per designs.
• Install and terminate copper and fiber cabling with proper labeling and cable management.
• Provision equipment, perform basic testing, and execute MACD activities.
• Maintain installation records and as-built documentation.
• Escalate design or safety concerns to senior staff.
