Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support the installation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure in hyperscale and enterprise data centers. You will execute rack-and-stack tasks, cabling, equipment provisioning, testing, and provide operational support while adhering to Ericsson and customer standards.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and collaboration with technicians, project teams, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data center operations, cabling, or IT infrastructure support.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and installation documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy servers, network devices, storage, and related infrastructure per designs.
• Install and manage copper and fiber cabling with proper labeling and cable management.
• Provision equipment and perform basic testing, MACD, and FRU replacements per procedures.
• Maintain installation records, test results, inventory, and as-built docs.
