Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, telecommunications equipment, networking, or data center infrastructure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete documentation and data entry tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and use basic hand tools safely.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stage equipment, consumables, and cabling in designated areas.
• Perform basic inventory checks against packing lists and update inventory systems.
• Assist with rack positioning, leveling, and physical preparation under supervision.
• Install rack accessories such as cable managers, blanking panels, and pre-configured PDUs.
• Support rack-and-stack activities by lifting, aligning, and securing equipment.
• Perform basic copper and fiber patching using predefined port maps and installation instructions.
• Route and dress cabling according to standards and labeling conventions.
• Capture equipment serial numbers, rack locations, and installation records using templates.
• Execute MACD activities under guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct routine visual inspections and escalate issues per SOPs.
