Job summary

Ericsson seeks a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure in hyperscale data centers. Expect hands-on rack-and-stack, cabling, and equipment provisioning in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires 1+ year in data center ops or IT infra, ability to read engineering docs, and independent work with minimal supervision across tasks from MACD to FRU replacements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure
• Experience with cabling, testing, and MACD tasks
• Ability to read engineering diagrams and MOPs
• Strong attention to safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Install servers, network devices, and storage per designs
• Lay out and manage copper/fiber cabling with labeling
• Provision equipment and configure OOB management
• Run MACD tasks and FRU replacements per procedures
• Maintain installation records and test results
