Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, telecommunications equipment, networking, or data center infrastructure is preferred.
• Familiarity with copper and fiber cabling concepts is an asset.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stage equipment, consumables, and cabling.
• Perform basic inventory checks and update tracking systems.
• Assist with rack positioning and preparation under guidance of senior team members.
• Install rack accessories and support rack‑and‑stack activities.
• Perform basic copper and fiber patching using predefined maps and instructions.
• Route and dress cabling according to standards.
• Capture serial numbers, rack locations, and installation records.
• Execute MACD activities under supervision.
• Conduct routine visual inspections and escalate issues as needed.
