HVAC RNTL is seeking a Data Centers Business Development Manager to grow the Mission Critical Solutions portfolio across North America. You will own strategic accounts, identify opportunities early, and coordinate with sales, estimating, and operations to deliver coordinated HVAC rental solutions.

You will engage owners, builders, and trade partners, traveling regularly to sites and events. A track record in data center sales and strong stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of business development or sales in the data center sector.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Experience engaging hyperscalers, General Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors.
• Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and convert needs into awarded business.
• Understanding of data center construction and commissioning workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, account-planning, forecasting, and CRM skills.
• Degree welcomed; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic account plans for Data Center clients and hyperscalers.
• Identify and advance opportunities across new builds, expansions, retrofits, and commissioning windows.
• Build relationships with owners, operators, construction managers, and engineers.
• Coordinate with Technical Sales Support, estimating, service, and operations to define scope and proposals.
• Lead customer discovery and map stakeholders, buying processes, and decision criteria.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, accurate forecasts, and CRM records; communicate risks.
• Represent HVAC RNTL at meetings and industry events; ensure strong handoffs after award.
