Job summary

HVAC RNTL is seeking a Business Development Manager – Data Centers to grow its Mission Critical business by owning strategic accounts across North America. You will identify opportunities early and bring the right HVAC RNTL resources together to deliver coordinated solutions for hyperscalers, GCs, and mechanical contractors.

This remote, named-account role requires building trust with owners and operators, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong pipeline with CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in BD, sales or account management for Data Center clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across North America.
• Experience with hyperscalers and GC/Mechanical Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic account plans for Data Center customers.
• Develop relationships with owners, operators, construction managers, and contractors.
• Identify and advance opportunities across new builds, expansions and retrofits.
• Coordinate with Technical Sales Support, estimating, service and operations for proposals.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, accurate forecasts, and CRM records.
• Represent HVAC RNTL at customer meetings and industry events.
