Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, seeks a Business Development Manager for the Data Centers vertical. This 100% remote role targets nationwide growth, engaging end users, integrators, and contractors across the United States.

You will lead GTM planning, drive strategic partnerships, and work with commercial leadership to maximize revenue. Travel up to 50% is expected when needed, with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in data center electrical infrastructure.
• Proven track record of hitting large quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Experience selling complex engineered-to-order electrical products to end users.
• Established relationships with hyperscale, colocation, EPC, engineering firms, and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow the Data Centers vertical across the United States independently.
• Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan with commercial leadership support.
• Focus on customer engagement and sales activities with support from estimating, PM, and service teams.
• Deliver integrated product and service solutions to foster long-term lifecycle relationships.
• Build Thomson Power Systems’ brand presence in the data centers sector.
• Cultivate key stakeholder relationships and expand the customer base.
