Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a project support professional to assist the U.S. Data Center Services Center of Excellence. You will coordinate high-demand projects, monitor invoicing, and support scheduling and communications with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration. Candidates should have 3+ years of project support experience and be authorized to work in the United States. Remote-friendly within US time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project support experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Electrical-based project management or project support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across all U.S. time zones as needed.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating high demand projects within U.S. Data Center Services.
• Assist with invoicing, follow up on delays and errors.
• Coordinate administrative tasks via email, SharePoint, and Project Management software.
• Ensure SLAs and response times are met across all projects.
• Assist PM with scheduling kickoff and recurring stakeholder meetings.
• Troubleshoot coordination and administrative concerns.
• Act as backup to PM on weekly calls.
• Review project plans for site safety and integrity before start.
