Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States seeks an Associate Project Manager, Data Center to support delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will assist with day-to-day coordination, documentation, and client communication for data center construction and fit-out projects, under guidance of senior PMs.

This role offers hands-on exposure to MEP systems, hot/cold aisle configurations, and 24/7 operations, developing your project management career while learning JLL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years of project coordination or construction administration experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with daily coordination of data center construction activities and schedule tracking.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and cost reports.
• Assist with client communications, meetings, and progress reporting.
• Help manage document control and project filing systems per JLL standards.
